Welcome to the 3801 Connecticut Avenue Tenant Association! Our primary responsibility is to facilitate communication between residents, building owner Washington REIT, and the property management company Bozzuto.
It is our goal to build a greater sense of community among the residents of 3801. This includes organizing events, hosting Q and A’s with local elected officials, mediating disputes between residents (ie noise), recognizing outstanding staff, and much more!
